Farm happenings

Theodore is back to his old self. He was a little down yesterday but he's back to eating and snorting and smacking his chops

Peace the baby calf is doing great!! She had an extremely swollen hock yesterday and you can see the swelling had really gone down now. She is also eager to eat and let's you know it by sucking on your leg, your shorts or your hand.

Bethel has no idea what's going on in the barn. Ha. She moos to Peace and Peace moos back. This talking goes on for about 10 minutes and then they rest. We brought Peace out to see her this morning, but without fencing we can't put them together outside. We could tether Peace with her but I'm afraid the lines would tangle and they'd look like they were playing a game of twister.

"Fluffy" is still crowing and sounds like a turkey. But Ronald is holding his position as top rooster so far.
